Gud day, I was wondering if you can answer a question for me. This is in reference to the intrastate dot application under #26, number of vehicles that will be operated in the U.S.. Owned, term lease, trip lease. I'm currently leasing a vehicle to owned. Do I put 1 for truck tractor in the OWNED SECTION or term lease section? I do not have a trailer. so, do I put 0 in the trailer section? Thank you for any assistance

Can you go in and change from common to contract under your authority type? I am presently pending under common.
