    always good go have a reefer you can run ,hot,cold,and dry freight

    Also it's worth pointing out that most times Dry Van rates are lower than Reefer rates and so because of that if you use a Reefer to run Dry Van loads you're essentially losing on three fronts. You're losing because you have a maintenance per mile on both Dry Vans and Reefers and Reefers are significantly more expensive to maintain than Dry Vans and also because the rates are lower which hurts your overhead. Most reefer drivers actually are paid more as well so you have to pay more to the driver on reefer loads than you would a Dry Van Driver. Therefore you're actually losing out on rates and maintenance if you're running Reefer on Dry Van loads and the driver pay. If you do not intend to use the reefer for every load on reefer loads do NOT get a reefer.
